Karma

How can we stop a spiraling descent into fear and violence?

Forgiveness is the first step. We see that all of us are capable of acting from greed, anger, and ignorance, and then we forgive the sinner, not the act.

Just one act of forgiveness can change our lives and prevade the whole universe.

We also need to take action, to be alone with our thoughts is not always goood.

Forgiveness...it's a toughie to do at a personal level. I have to beware 'righteous anger' and holding on to resentments.

I've added you to my sidebar links, btw.

Just this last year I have figured out how to forgive and to really mean it in my heart. It sure makes life alot easier now! I spend at least an hour a day in silence and to be with God and just meditate.

In order to forgive, I need to first judge you to be wrong.
