This afternoon I learned that a dear friend.....part of my online"family" passed away suddenly. She was an inspiration to me. She had many health difficulties and was in and out of the hospital frequently in the last year. Despite all that, she never once complained. She was always hopeful, optimistic and joyous. She was a tremendous example of living in the moment, being at peace and being serene. I will miss her. I know she is finally free from this disease. Here are two of the most important folks in her life.....her babies.....

Sorry to here about your loss. I liked your post on being true to yourself and not being a people pleaser. That was one of the things I had (have) to work on.

Oh Rex I am so sorry to hear of this loss. It appears this person had a big heart and affected others in a beautiful way.
