My first Mom's weekend as a Cougar Mom was great. We had lots of fun. Grandma and Grandpa came down for the wekend too. Our baby girl Kim is all grown up. She had a great time showing Grandma around campus Friday night. They went to dinner and to a fashion show. Saturday morning Kim took Grandma and Me to a pancake breakfast and than shoping at the craft fair. After a nap to recoop in the afternoon we hit the luncheon at Kim's dorm. We spent the evening at the Rotery Club dinner and than went back to campus for the Bill Engval comedy show. We all laughed until we couldn't breathe. It was lots of fun. It was also hard for me to see my baby girl all grown up. Where did the time go? Seems like only yesterday we brought her home from the hospital. I'm so grateful for a wonderful weekend. I'm grateful for my sobriety today and that I was able to be with family all weekend and have such a great time.

Hey Cougar Mom sounds like you had a splendid weekend. Thanks for sharing the photos. I don't have children yet, but I do have a 9 year old dog that I consider my baby (had her since 8 weeks old). So I know partially of some that you speak of. I think the blessing here is that we have the ability to love back living life in sobriety.
Bill Engval is so funny. Laughter is fun espicially with people we love.
